Update Branding

Make your workspace look and feel like your organization by updating your logo, banner, favicon, and theme from the admin settings — no code required.

Where to find branding settings

Open your workspace at KonnecTo App, go to Settings → User Experience (UX), and you'll find every branding control in one place. Changes apply across the web app and your native mobile apps.

What you can change

  • Logo — shown in the sidebar, sign-in screen, and mobile apps. Use a square image for the cleanest result.
  • Banner — the wide image at the top of your community home.
  • Favicon — the small icon shown in the browser tab.
  • Theme — pick from the built-in themes or set your accent colors so the interface matches your brand.

Tips for good assets

  • Use transparent PNG or SVG logos so they sit cleanly on both light and dark surfaces.
  • Keep banners high-resolution and avoid putting important text near the edges, which may be cropped on smaller screens.
  • After uploading, hard-refresh to confirm the favicon updated in your browser tab.
