Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026

1. Introduction

SinghStack Inc. ("SinghStack", "we", "us", or "our") operates KonnecTo and all related products and services (the "Platform"). We take privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with your use of the Platform.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and what rights you may have in relation to it. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, you should not use the Platform.

This Policy applies to all Users of the Platform, including workspace administrators, workspace members, and visitors to our website and associated subdomains.

2. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

SinghStack Inc.
Email: privacy@konnec.to

For all privacy-related enquiries, requests, or concerns, please use the contact information above. We aim to respond to all privacy-related communications within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Information We Collect

We collect several categories of information depending on how you interact with the Platform:

Account and Registration Information. When you register for a Workspace or create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, organisational details, and any other information you choose to provide during registration or profile setup.

Content and Communications. We collect and store any Content you upload, post, share, or transmit through the Platform, including messages, files, posts, event data, and any other material you contribute to your Workspace. You are responsible for the Content you submit (see our Terms of Service).

Usage and Interaction Data. We collect data about how you use the Platform, including features you interact with, pages you visit, search queries, settings you configure, and actions you take within your Workspace.

Device and Technical Information. We automatically collect technical information when you access the Platform, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, and session timestamps.

Communications with Us. If you contact our support team or correspond with us by email, we retain records of those communications, including the content of your messages and our responses.

Billing and Payment Information. For paid subscriptions, we collect billing details necessary to process payments. Payment card data is processed directly by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Operating and delivering the Platform — to create and manage your account and Workspace, authenticate your identity, deliver features and functionality, and provide technical support;
  • Service improvement and development — to understand how users interact with the Platform, identify areas for improvement, diagnose and fix bugs, and develop new features;
  • Communications and notifications — to send transactional emails (e.g., verification links, account notices), product updates, and service announcements. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications without your consent where required by applicable law;
  • Security and fraud prevention — to monitor for suspicious activity, protect the Platform and its users from abuse, unauthorised access, and other threats, and to enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Billing and financial administration — to process payments, issue invoices, and manage subscription accounts;
  • Analytics — to analyse aggregate, anonymised usage trends to understand platform performance and guide product decisions;
  • Legal and compliance obligations — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, legal process, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data protection law (including the GDPR for users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom) requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we rely on the following:

  • Performance of a contract — processing necessary to provide the Platform and Services you have signed up for;
  • Legitimate interests — processing for purposes such as improving the Platform, ensuring security, preventing fraud, and managing our business, where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
  • Compliance with a legal obligation — processing required by applicable law or regulatory requirements;
  • Consent — where we have obtained your consent for specific processing activities, such as optional analytics or marketing communications.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Infrastructure and Service Providers. We work with trusted third-party vendors who provide services such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, error monitoring, and analytics. These providers access personal data only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data processing obligations. We select providers that apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Legal Requirements and Enforcement. We may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, judicial process, governmental request, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SinghStack, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, asset sale, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice via the Platform or your registered email address before any such transfer subjects your data to materially different privacy terms.

With Your Consent. We may share your information for purposes not described in this Policy with your prior consent.

Aggregated or Anonymised Data. We may share aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for research, reporting, or business intelligence purposes.

7. Data Security

SinghStack applies industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, authentication requirements, network security measures, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you transmit information to the Platform at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.

In the event of a data security incident that materially affects your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, and to comply with our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. The retention period may vary by data type and context.

Following account or Workspace termination, we will delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law (for example, for tax, audit, legal proceedings, or fraud prevention purposes). Certain log and security data may be retained for longer periods for operational integrity and legal compliance. Content stored in your Workspace is your responsibility; you should export any data you wish to retain prior to closing your account, as SinghStack is not responsible for data loss upon termination.

9. International Data Transfers

SinghStack operates globally, and your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may have different data protection laws than those in your jurisdiction. Where such transfers occur, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the use of standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other recognised transfer mechanisms where required.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred internationally as described in this section.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, which may include:

  • Access — the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Rectification — the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • Erasure — the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances (also known as the "right to be forgotten");
  • Restriction — the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances;
  • Data Portability — the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller;
  • Objection — the right to object to our processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests;
  • Withdrawal of Consent — where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us at privacy@konnec.to. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days). Please note that some rights are subject to limitations and exceptions under applicable law.

11. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform and to understand how users interact with it. Cookies we use include:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for authentication, session management, and core Platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without impairing the Platform.
  • Analytics cookies — used to collect aggregate information about usage patterns to help us improve the Platform. These do not identify individual users personally.

We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or to build advertising profiles. You can control cookie settings through your browser; however, disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to use the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this Policy.

12. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Platform may contain links to, or allow integration with, third-party websites, products, or services. SinghStack is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with the Platform. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

13. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, please contact us immediately at privacy@konnec.to so that we can take appropriate steps to delete such information.

14. Policy Updates and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the Platform or your registered email address. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
