5. Availability and Changes
We continuously improve the service and may modify features over time. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service in all circumstances.
6. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are governed by agreed pricing terms. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in account limitations or suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform code, design, branding, and related materials remain the property of SinghStack Inc. unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SinghStack Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service based on applicable contractual terms. Upon termination, access may be removed in accordance with data retention and export policies.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
